The Newsletter Campaigns are schedule in collaboration with the Web Marketing Manager twice a week in 3 languages. Thanks to statistic tools and the analysis of heatmaps we increased engagement and online sales. We were able to learn that more than 60% of the customers prefer to open the Newsletters on a mobile phore or tablet so we optimised the layouts consequently.
